Reservations Think about what type of photography workshop you are interested in and call us at (907)223-9386 ask for Preston Cavner or Micah Ness. I can share with you the available dates. If you let me know during our conversation that you would like me to hold a spot for 10 days I can do that. I can also give you a proposal that holds the spot for 10 days. After you or your group decides to firm up the proposal and turn it into an agreement, sign the form and send it along with a check for a $2,000 deposit to the Anchorage address. The remaining balance is due April 1 of the year the trip is to take place. Polar Bear, Brooks Range, Landscape Photography Workshop: 2008: $5,900 each person 2010: $6,500 each person Lake Clark National Park Workshop (July 14th -21st): 2008: $5,900 each person 2009: $6,500 each person If you need to cancel the trip prior to 8 months from the start date a refund will be made minus a $500 booking fee. Any cancellation with less than 8 months will not be refunded but can be transferred to a friend. You could check on “trip insurance”. Stonewood Lodge does have a weight restriction for all our trips of 260 lb. for the weight and balance of our Aircraft. Rick Waiver / Disclosure Cavner and Julian Inc. will not be responsible or liable for damage, loss or injury to participants, personal property or for any cancellations, expenses or delays resulting from weather, transportation or other conditions which we have no control over. Cavner and Julian reserves the right to cancel or postpone an excursion and may make changes to the schedule as necessary. Guest will fill out a Risk Waiver and also are responsible to disclose any medical or physical or dietary problems. Plans and itineraries may need to change due to weather, regulation changes, or other matters. We strive for safety of our guests and employees; however the Alaskan environment is not risk free.
